How the MRRdeals Score ranks Empire Flippers listings

• 35Value — Asking multiple of annual profit vs the median of on-sale listings of the same kind (Amazon, e-commerce, content, subscription…). 40 % under the median = full marks.
• 20Trend — Empire Flippers' own net-profit trend (70 %) and revenue trend (30 %): -30 % or worse scores zero, +30 % or better full marks.
• 10Stability — How steady monthly net profit is over the P&L lines Empire Flippers publishes. A rollercoaster business is riskier to underwrite.
• 10Track record — Years since the business first made money: one year or less scores zero, six years or more full marks.
• 10Operability — Owner hours per week: 5 h or less is full marks, 40 h is a full-time job and scores zero.
• 10Margin — Net margin compared with similar businesses (an Amazon brand at 25 % is good, a content site at 25 % is not).
• 5Moat — Registered trademark and approval for Empire Flippers' private lenders (a second vetting).
